2.1 million cans collected
Thanks to all of the scouts and parents for your help at yesterday's 25th annual Scouting for Food collection day. A special thank you to Madhuri for all of her work in coordinating our scouts, parents and Pack 803. This was our first go at working with the Pack and I think it went very well. I saw a lot of help at the fire station packing the boxes and loading the truck. Our station collected 1390 boxes of food and overall the Greater St Louis Area council collected over 2.1 million cans. This is so needed as the food pantries were so low on food before this. Thanks again to all who participated.

Thank You
Just a brief thank you to Mr. Schwartz, Ms. Radina and the rest of the Troop Committee members for allowing me to become part of Troop 803 at a new level. As I said at the Court of Honor, I hope that I can do as commendable a job as Ms. Radina has done for you. I'll be asking for lots of help along the way in order to keep things moving for our Troop. I look forward to working with all of you.
Mr. Scissors
